The present Chamber Order is taken out by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 04.03.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-removal of office objections.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that respondents were served with the Chamber Order as per Affidavit of Serviced dated 28.07.2025. Despite service, none appeared for the respondents.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support, contents of which are self-explanatory. It is contended office objection with regard to providing clear typed copies of documents could not be removed within given time due to which captioned Petition got rejected. Ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that now she will pursue with the captioned Petition diligently and prays for restoration of the same.

None appeared for the respondent. Therefore, contentions raised in Affidavit by the applicant remain uncontested. It appears that the applicant had made an efforts to remove office objections. Therefore, I am of the view that the applicant should get one opportunity to pursue with the captioned Petition. Hence, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
