1. This Chamber Order is filed for discharge of erstwhile Advocates Ramesh Jain and Kusum Jain appearing for the Applicant in the captioned Execution Applications, on the ground that since filing of the Execution Applications, the Ld. Advocates neither appeared in the captioned proceedings i.e. Execution Applications nor communicated any inability to proceed with the same. It is stated in the Affidavit in support that despite multiple communications and reminders, the previous Advocates failed to respond to the applicant, thereby leaving the Applicant in a state of uncertainty and causing undue delay in the proceedings.

2. The Ld. Advocates appearing for the Applicant in Chamber Order tenders Affidavit of service dated 08.07.2025 regarding service of this Chamber Order with Affidavit in support thereof on the said Advocates through courier. The said Affidavit is taken on record.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed.

Advocates Ramesh Jain and Kusum Jain are hereby discharged as Advocates for the Applicant in the captioned Execution Applications. Office to delete the name of Advocates Ramesh Jain and Kusum Jain in the captioned Execution Applications.

Chamber Order is disposed of accordingly.
