1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks amendment of the Testamentary Petition No.5648 of 2024, as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Perused the Affidavit in Support dated 9th January, 2025. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicants submits that the Original Petitioner has expired on 11th November, 2024 and the Applicant is the wife of the deceased Petitioner and daughter-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that the deceased Petitioner died leaving behind him the Applicant and two sons, who are minors. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the Applicant be permitted to carry out amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and also to carry out consequential amendment.

3. Considering the averments made in the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order, the Chamber Order is allowed. The Applicant is directed to amend the Testamentary Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and also to carry out consequential amendments. Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from the date of uploading the order.
