P. C. :

1. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the applicant has filed Additional Affidavit dated 20.08.2025 to change the name of newspapers in which the Notice is to be published as directed by an order dated 15.07.2025.

2. Perused the Additional Affidavit dated 20.08.2025. The applicant has stated that the cost of publishing the Notice in the newspapers "Sandesh" in Gujarati language and "Free Press Journal" in English is not affordable to the Applicant. She, therefore, prayed for change of newspaper and she may be allowed to publish the Notice in two newspapers viz. "Mid-day" in English and "Gujarati Mid-day" in vernacular language i.e Gujarati instead of newspapers as directed in the Order dated 15.07.2025.

3. In view of the above, the order dated 15.07.2025 stands modified to the extant that the publication of Notice be made in newspapers viz. "Mid-day" in English and "Gujarati Mid-day" in vernacular language i.e Gujarati instead of publishing the Notice in the newspapers "Sandesh" in Gujarati language and "Free Press Journal" in English.

4. The applicant is directed to publish the Notice within four weeks from the date of uploading this order and to file Affidavit of publication within two weeks thereafter.
