The present Chamber Order is taken out by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 20.03.2025 read with Order dated 17.04.2025, rejecting captioned Suit under O.S.Rule 986 for non-removal of office objections.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant tenders Affidavit of Service, showing service of Chamber Order upon respondents, which is taken on record. Despite service, none appeared for the respondents.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support, contents of which are self-explanatory. It is contended that relevant documents were provided to the clerk of Advocate, who assured that remaining documents which were not legible would get typed by him and objections will be removed.

However, he failed to remove office objections within given time. Ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that now she will pursue captioned Suit diligently and prays for restoration of the same.

Grounds raised on affidavit, remain uncontested for want of resistance on the part of respondents. Hence, I do not hesitate rely on said grounds for the purpose of restoration of captioned Suit. Hence, in my view the applicant has made a case for restoration of captioned Suit. Accordingly, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
