1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks amendment of the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the above Petition was filed by the widow of the brother of the deceased. Since the deceased died leaving behind him Class-II, Entry - IV, the widow of the predeceased brother, who comes under Class-II, Entry-VI legal heir of the deceased. He further submits that since the daughter and son of the predeceased brother of the deceased, who are niece and nephew are required to be added as Petitioner in place of the widow of the predeceased brother of the deceased. The ld. Advocate further submits that the Applicant / Petitioner be permitted to amend the cause title of the Petition and other consequential amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order .

3. Perused the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order filed by the Petitioner.

4. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed. Amendment to be carried out as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and also to carry out consequential amendments, within four weeks' from today.
