1. The present Chamber Order is filed for discharge of Advocate Gaurang R. Mehta, appearing for Petitioners in Miscellaneous Testamentary Petition No. 38 of 2011 on the ground that despite substantial email correspondence was exchanged with the Petitioners, the Bills of Cost/s relating to the matter yet remained unpaid for over three years and, therefore, the Advocate for Petitioners sent notice dated 19.06.2025 to the Petitioners informing them that he is making application for discharging him as Advocate for Petitioners. The said Notice is duly served on the Petitioners.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioners filed Affidavit of service dated 10.07.2025 regarding service of this Chamber Order with Affidavit in support thereof with Notice dated 04.07.2025 on the said Petitioners. The Chamber Order with Affidavit in support and Notice dated 04.07.2025 are duly served upon the Petitioners as per the Exhibits annexed to the Affidavit.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocate, Gaurang R.

Mehta is hereby discharged as Advocate for Petitioners in Miscellaneous Testamentary Petition No. 38 of 2011. Office to delete the name of Advocate Gaurang R. Mehta as Advocate for the Petitioners in the captioned Miscellaneous Testamentary Petition No. 38 of 2011.
