1. The present Chamber Order is filed for discharge of Advocate Gaurang R. Mehta, appearing for Plaintiffs in Suit No. 2354 of 2011 on the ground that despite substantial email correspondence was exchanged with the Plaintiffs, the Bills of Cost/s relating to the matter yet remained unpaid for over three years and, therefore, the Advocate for Plaintiffs sent notice dated 19.06.2025 to the Plaintiffs informing them that he is making application for discharging him as Advocate for Plaintiffs. The said Notice is duly served on the Plaintiffs.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs filed Affidavit of service dated 10.07.2025 regarding service of this Chamber Order with Affidavit in support thereof with Notice dated 04.07.2025 on the said Plaintiffs. The Chamber Order with Affidavit in support and Notice dated 04.07.2025 are duly served upon the Plaintiffs as per the Exhibits annexed to the Affidavit.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocate, Gaurang R.

Mehta is hereby discharged as Advocate for Plaintiffs in Suit No. 2354 of 2011. Office to delete the name of Advocate Gaurang R.

Mehta as Advocate for the Plaintiffs in the captioned Suit.
