CHOL/318/2026 IN P.C. : The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the Applicant for setting aside Order dated 30.09.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.
TP(L)/29173/2024 Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that vide conditional Order dated 30.09.2025, Applicant was directed to remove office objections within two weeks. Due to personal difficulty, Applicant could not remove office objections within time. It is further averred in Affidavit in support that there is delay of 75 days in filing present Chamber Order.
Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that now, he will pursue captioned Petition diligently and therefore, prays that delay of 75 days caused in filing present Chamber Order may be condoned and Chamber Order may be granted.
In view of above, I am of the view that the Applicant has made out a case for restoration of captioned Petition and hence, captioned Chamber Order is granted as prayed by condoning delay of 75 days caused in filing Chamber Order.
The Petitioner to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same registered and/or numbered within two weeks from the date of uploading of order, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
