The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 20.08.2024 r/w. Order dated 06.03.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-removal of office objections.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that respondents were served with the Chamber Order as per Affidavit of Service dated 17.07.2025, filed on record. Despite service, none appeared for the respondents.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support. It is contended that they have complied with all office objections and the petition was uploaded on the e-filing website whereas the process of verifying and reverting on the objections from the concerned department took time to get the petition registered. It is therefore, prayed that captioned Petition may be restored to file.

Considering grounds raised on oath, it can be gathered that the applicant had taken efforts to remove office objections. Therefore, I am of the view that the applicant should get one opportunity to pursue with the captioned Petition. No prejudice would cause to the respondents if captioned Petition is restored to file since they can contest the Petition on its own merits. Hence, in the interest of justice, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.
