3. The Ld. Advocate for the Orig. Petitioner has stated in Affidavit in support of Chamber Order that after the Probate Petition was converted into Suit, there was no further development in the matter and he is not getting any updates from his Advocate. The Plaintiff is, therefore, desirous to appoint another Advocate in the matter.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed.
