The present Chamber Order is filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 08.04.2025 r/w. Order dated 06.05.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant made a statement that respondents were served with the Chamber Order as per Affidavit of Service, filed on record. Despite service, none appeared for the respondents, save and except, respondent - State.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support, contents of which are self-explanatory. It is categorically contended that in all 20 fresh objections were raised as against 8 objections were raised ealier, which could not be complied with since petition is running into around 900 pages. Ld. Advocate submits that he will pursue captioned Petition diligently if it is restored to file.

Ld. A.G.P appearing for State submits for passing suitable orders.

Reasons mentioned on oath, appear to be genuine and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical ground. Therefore, I am of the view that the applicant should get one opportunity to pursue with the captioned Petition. Hence, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
