1. The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon Vishwesh Ramesh Nadkarni (Son of the deceased) by way of substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in one newspaper in USA viz. "The New York Times" in English Language.

Perused the Affidavit dated 30th June, 2025 and Additional Affidavit dated 28th July, 2025 annexed to Chamber Order. It is stated in the said Additional Affidavit that the said Vishwesh Ramesh Nadkarni (Son of the deceased) left for USA in the year 1995 and got married in USA and has two children from the said marriage. The Applicant has further stated that Vishwesh Ramesh Nadkarni had kept no contact with the Applicant from the last 30 years and the Applicant had enquired about the whereabouts with his relatives and friend circle but nobody has any information about his whereabouts. The Applicant therefore requested to permit him to publish the Citation upon Vishwesh Ramesh Nadkarni (Son of the deceased) by way of substituted service by publishing in one newspaper in USA viz. "The New York Times" in English Language. ..2/-

Perused Para-8 of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the addresses not known to the Petitioner. 5.

Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that said Vishwesh Ramesh Nadkarni (Son of the deceased) left for USA in the year 1995 and got married in USA and has two children from the said marriage. He further submits that Vishwesh Ramesh Nadkarni had kept no contact with the Applicant from the last 30 years and the Applicant had enquired about the whereabouts with his relatives and friend circle but nobody has any information about his whereabouts. He therefore prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

For the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 30th June, 2025 and Additional Affidavit dated 28th July, 2025 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-8 of the Petition, the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. The Applicant is directed to publish the Citation in one newspaper in USA viz. "The New York Times" in English Language, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.
