1. By the preacipee dated 3rd September 2025, Ld. Advocate for the Applicant applies for speaking to the minutes of Order dated 31st July, 2025 on the ground that the cost of publication of citation in New York Times is exorbitant. He further submits that, the Applicant / Petitioner is unable to bear the cost and applies for change of newspaper to publish the citation from New York Times to "News India Times" in USA. The Ld. Advocate tenders the additional affidavit of the applicant dated 28th August, 2025. Perused the additional affidavit dated 28th August, 2025. For the reasons mentioned in the said additional affidavit, the Chamber Order is modified to the extend that the Applicant to publish the citation in the newspaper in "News India Times" in USA instead of New York Times. Time to publish the citation is extended by four weeks from today and the Applicant to file additional affidavit of publication within two weeks thereafter. Applicant to file the additional affidavit dated 28th August, 2025 in the Registry within a week from today.
