The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Writ of Summons upon (1) Global Clearance and Logistics, Defendant No.1, (2) Pratha Shipping Agency, Defendant No.2, (3) Pravin Madhavjibhai Bhanushali, Defendant No.3, (4) Vipul Bhanushali, Defendant No.4, (5) Darshit Jayeshbhai Bhanushali, Defendant No.5, (6) Pavithra Impex, Defendant No.7, (7) Kiranbhai Bhanushali, Defendant No.8, (8) Valjibhai Dhanjibhai Ratda, Defendant No.9 and (9) Vishikha Pravin Ratda, Defendant No.10, by way of substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the Affidavit dated 2nd July, 2025 annexed to Chamber Order. Heard. The ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Plaintiff submits that the Writ of Summons sent for the service upon (1) Global Clearance and Logistics, Defendant No.1, (2) Pratha Shipping Agency, Defendant No.2, (3) Pravin Madhavjibhai Bhanushali, Defendant No.3, (4) Vipul Bhanushali, Defendant No.4, (5) Darshit Jayeshbhai Bhanushali, Defendant No.5, (6) Pavithra Impex, Defendant No.7, (7) Kiranbhai Bhanushali, Defendant No.8, (8) Valjibhai Dhanjibhai Ratda, Defendant No.9 and

(9) Vishikha Pravin Ratda, Defendant No.10, through the Sheriff of Bombay were returned back with remark "unclaimed" and "left". He further submits that the Bailiff of Sheriff of Bombay has filed an Affidavit of Service dated ..2/-

12th June, 2025. He therefore prays that the Applicant be permitted to publish the Writ of Summon as and by way of substituted service upon the above named Defendants by publishing in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Janmabhoomi" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati, as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

For the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 2nd July, 2025 annexed to the Chamber Order, the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. The Applicant is directed to publish the Writ of Summons in two newspapers viz. (1) "Free Press Journal" in English and (2) "Janmabhoomi" in Gujarati language, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office to issue Writ of Summons, if required, returnable after four weeks.
