By this preacipe dated 4th December 2025 Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner seeks modification of Order dated 24th July, 2025 to the extend of changing the newspaper for publication for citation in vernacular language i.e. from "Navbharat Times" to "Dainik Bhaskar" on the ground that, the cost of publication is more and the Applicant is unable to afford the same. The Applicant has filed an affidavit dated 17th November 2025. The said affidavit is taken on record.

Heard the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit dated 17th November 2025 the Order dated 24th July, 2025 stands modified as under: "Publication of Citation to be done in two newspapers viz. (1) Free Press Journal" in English and (2) "Dainik Bhaskar" in vernacular language i.e. Hindi."

Time to comply with the direction is extended by a period of four weeks from today.
