P. C. :

1. The present Chamber Order is taken out to delete the name of Petitioner No. 2 viz. Nibharani Kothari D/o Dr. Bibhuti Dasgupta (deceased) and to carry out consequential amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Perused Affidavit in support dated 20.06.2025. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that by an order dated 29.04.2025, the applicant was directed to delete the name of Petitioner No. 2 from the title of the Petition and to file consent Affidavit of the Petitioner No. 2, in view of Section 243 of Indian Succession Act. The Ld. Advocate further submits that the applicant be permitted to delete the name of Petitioner No.2, Nibharani Kothari D/o Dr. Bibhuti Dasgupta (deceased) from the title of the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. For the reason stated in Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order and the submission made by the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant, the present Chamber Order is allowed.

4. The applicant to carry out the amendment within two weeks from date of uploading of the order. Addl. Registrar (O.S.) / Addl. Prothonotary and Senior Master 24.07.2025
