P. C. :

1. The present Chamber Order is taken out to substitute the name of the Applicant as Petitioner in lieu of Orig. Petitioner as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Heard, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant and also perused Affidavit in support dated 01.04.2025. It is stated in the Affidavit that by an order dated 09.12.2024, an objection was raised that the Petitioner to point out what property is bequeathed to the Petitioner under the Will of the deceased and the Petitioner is desirous of substitution of name of Pranay Mahendra Parikh who is one of the legatees and beneficiary under the Will of the deceased. The Applicant has further stated that in compliance with the directions passed for time to time, it is prayed that the name of the Petitioner be permitted to delete and substitute with Mr. Pranay Mahindra Parikh as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. For the reason stated in Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order and the submission made by the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant, the present Chamber Order is allowed.

4. The applicant to carry out amendment within two weeks from date of uploading of the order.
