1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks amendment of the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Petition was filed by Smt. Chand Sachdev, the Sole Executor. He further submits that the said Executor has expired on 7th May, 2025. The Ld. Advocate further submits that since the Sole Executor has expired the legal heir of the deceased, the Applicant herein has applied for amendment of the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and also to convert the Petition for Probate into Petition for Letters of Administration with Will annexed. He therefore prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the Applicant be permitted to carry out the amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and also to carry out the consequential amendments.

3. Perused the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order filed by the Applicant.

4. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed and the Applicant is permitted to convert the Petition for Probate into Petition for Letters ..2/-
