1. By this Praecipe dated 8th August, 2025, the ld. Advocate for the Applicant seeks permission to carry out certain additions to the title giving the details of the proposed Petitioner.

2. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that by an Order dated 29th July, 2025, the Applicant was permitted to carry out amendment as per the Schedule annexed to Chamber Order. He further submits that the details of the proposed Petitioner in the title required to be mentioned but the details were inadvertently not mentioned in the Schedule. He, therefore, prays that the Applicant be permitted to add the details of the proposed Petitioner in the title as per the details mentioned in the Praecipe dated 8th August, 2025.

3. Perused the details to be mentioned in the title. Applicant / Petitioner is permitted to carry out the amendment as per the details mentioned in the Praecipe dated 8th August, 2025 and also to carry out the consequential amendments during the course of the day.
