Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that, the Applicant is bedridden and unable to attend this Hon'ble Court to redeclare the Petitioner and Officer of this Hon'ble Court is to be taken to the residence for the purpose of re-declaring the Petitioner. He, therefore, seeks four weeks time.
