1. The present Chamber Order is filed by M/s. Dhruve Liladhar & Co. for discharge as Advocates for Defendants in Suit No. 341 of 2016. It is stated in the Affidavit in support that despite request to the Defendants for instructions in the matter, the Defendants have failed to give any instructions to the Advocates in the aforesaid Suit. It is further stated that by several correspondence they have reminded the Defendants and inspite of repeated requests, the Advocates for Defendants have not received any instructions in the matter. The Advocates have also served Notice dated 06.05.2025 to the Defendants that they will be applying for discharge as their Advocates. The said Notice is annexed at Exhibit - "D" to the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate appearing for Defendants have filed Affidavit of service proving service of Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof on the Defendants. None present for Defendants despite service.

3. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. M/s. Dhruve Liladhar & Co., Advocates are hereby discharged as Advocates for the Defendants in Suit No. 341 of 2016. Office to delete the name of Advocates M/s. Dhruve Liladhar & Co. as Advocates for Defendants.
