By this Chamber Order the Applicant / Petitioner seeks permission to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and also the consequential amendment. 2.

Heard. The Ld. Advocate submits that the Petitioner is one of the beneficiaries under the Will of the deceased and has filed the Petition. She further submits that, the deceased appointed Shri Anil Lulla, as Sole Executor under the Will and the Executor has expressed his unwillingness to apply for probate. She further submits that, the deceased was survived by two maternal aunts viz. Mrs. Anjali Suverpatki and Mrs. Sonal Sathe and one maternal cousin sister and both are residing at Canada. Ld. Advocate further submits that Mrs. Anjali Suverpatki has appointed the Applicant as Constituted Attorney to the present Petition.

The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support dated 5th March, 2025. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support, the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant is directed to carry out the amendment and consequential amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within two weeks from the date of uploading this Order. 08.09.2025 Addl.
