1. The present Chamber Order is filed by M/s. Mulla and Mulla and Carigie Blunt and Caroe for discharge as Advocate for the Plaintiffs in Suit No. 1578 of 1981 on the ground that despite addressing several correspondence to the Plaintiffs, the Plaintiffs have refused to accept the Notice and has failed to give instructions as also the professional fees in the aforesaid matter.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs have also tried to serve the Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof to the Plaintiff's Proprietor, Mr. Premji Ramji Dharod by hand delivery, however, the Plaintiff has refused to accept the service. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs has filed Affidavit of service to that effect on 12.08.2025.

3. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocate, M/s. Mulla and Mulla and Carigie Blunt and Caroe is hereby discharged as Advocate for the Plaintiffs in Suit No. 1578 of 1981. Office to delete the name of Advocate M/s.
