P. C. :

1. The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicant / Plaintiff to serve the Writ of Summons upon Defendant No.14 by way of substituted service by publishing in newspapers as per the Schedule annexed to Chamber Order.

2. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiff submits that the Writ of Summons send for service upon the Defendant No.14 through the Sheriff of Bombay has been returned unserved with a Postal remark "Unclaimed". He further submits that the Bailiff of Sheriff of Bombay has filed an Affidavit of Service dated 24th August, 2024, a copy of the same is annexed to the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. He therefore prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

3. Perused the Affidavit in Support. For the reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately.

4. Applicant / Plaintiff is directed to publish the Writ of Summons in the newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Navshakti" in Marathi within four weeks from the date of uploading the order and file Affidavit of Publication within two weeks thereafter.
