P. C. :

1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks amendment to the Execution Application in Schedule - A of Column J as per the Schedule of amendment. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Respondent is having 50% ownership right in the property to be attached. She, therefore, submits that the Applicant be permitted to amend the Column J to the Execution Application as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Perused, the Affidavit in Support dated 23rd May, 2025. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date of uploading this order.
