1. The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon all concerned legal heirs of the deceased widower, sisters brother viz. (1) Ganpat Thakurdas Gurshani (Husband of the deceased), (2) Vidya Vaswani (Sister of the deceased) (3) Pushpa Chhugani (Sister of the deceased), (4) Vanita Sahhani (Sister of the deceased) and

(5) Shewak Chhugani (Brother of the deceased) by way of substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Hindvasi" in vernacular language i.e. Sindhi.

Perused the Affidavit dated 27th March, 2025 annexed to Chamber Order. It is stated in the said Affidavit that the husband of the deceased predeceased and she had no children. The parents of the deceased are also predeceased the deceased. The Applicant has further stated that there are no heirs of the deceased's husband nor the Petitioner is aware of any heirs of deceased husband. The Applicant has further stated that he is not aware of above named brother and sisters of the deceased and their whereabouts are not known. The Applicant therefore requested to permit him to serve the Citation upon all concerned legal heirs of the ..2/-

Perused Para-10 (A) and 10 (B) of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the addresses not known to the Petitioner.

Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the husband of the deceased predeceased and she had no children and the parents of the deceased are also predeceased the deceased. He further submits that there are no heirs of the deceased's husband nor the Petitioner is aware of any heirs of deceased husband. The Ld. Advocate further submits that the Applicant is not aware of above named brother and sisters of the deceased and their whereabouts are not known. He therefore prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

For the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 27th March, 2025 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-10 (A) and 10 (B) of the Petition, the Chamber Order is allowed. The Applicant is directed to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. (1) "Free Press Journal" in English and

(2) "Hindvasi" in Sindhi language, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.
