1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicant has applied for service of the Citation upon Suvarana Vilas Labde, married daughter of the deceased by way of substitute service as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Perused the schedule. The Applicant / Petitioner is seeking permission to publish citation in two newspaper i.e. Free Press Journal in English Language and in Navshakti in Vernacular Language i.e. Marathi.

3. Perused the Affidavit in Support dated 30th June, 2025 and Additional Affidavit dated 22nd August 2025 the Applicant has stated in the Additional Affidavit that Suvarana Vilas Labde, daughter of the Deceased left hom and got married without informing the family and she has not in contact with any of the family members since last 13 years. It is further stated that after her marriage she had never visited home even after the death of mother and father. The Applicant has further stated that he has tried to find her everywhere but she could not be trace out, he has, therefore, requested to permit him to publish citation in two newspaper i.e. Free Press Journal in English Language and in Navshakti in Vernacular Language i.e. Marathi.

4. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that Suvarana Vilas Labde, daughter of the deceased got married without informing family and she has not any contact with any of the family members. He further submits that she did not contact nor attend during the death of mother and father of

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) the Applicant. He further submits that, the Applicant has made due and diligent search for her but he could not find her. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

5. For the reasons stated in the affidavit and additional affidavit annexed to the Chamber Order and the averments made in the Petition the Chamber Order is allowed. The Applicant is directed to publish citation in Free Press Journal in English Language and in Navshakti in Vernacular Language i.e. Marathi within four weeks from the date of the uploading this Order. Office is directed to issue citation, if required.

6. Applicant to file affidavit annexing therewith the newspaper within two weeks once the publication is done. Addl. Registrar (O.S.) / Addl. Prothonotary and Senior Master 02.09.2025
