IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY ORDINARY ORIGINAL JURISDICTION CHAMBER ORDER NO. 379 OF 2025 IN EXECUTION APPLICATION (L) NO. 33434 OF 2022 Perused Praecipe dated 20.09.2025 submitted by Advocate for Applicant and contents mentioned therein.

It is averred in the said praecipe that as per Order dated 09.09.2025, time to pay cost was given till 12.09.2025. However, they have paid cost on 19.09.2025, hence, delay in paying cost may be condoned and he may be allowed to remove office objections on Execution Application. On considering contents of Praecipe, in the interest of justice, delay in payment of cost is condoned.

By way of last chance, Applicant to remove office objections on Execution Application and get the same registered and / or numbered, till 26.09.2025, failing Execution Application to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
