1. The Chamber Order is taken out to bring the legal heir of Defendant No.1.

2. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Plaintiff submits that Mr. Vinayak Govind Sandu, who is also the karta and Manager of Govind Krishna Sandu HUF, has expired on 3rd February, 2025. He further submits that the Ld. Advocate for the Defendant Nos.1 to 6 by his letter dated 24th March, 2025 informed him about the death of Defendant No.1, who is also Karta and Manager of Govind Krishna Sandu HUF. The said letter is at Exhibit - "A" to the Affidavit in Support. He, therefore, prays that the Applicant / Plaintiff be permitted to bring the legal heir of Mr. Vinayak Govind Sandu and amend the Plaint as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. Perused the Affidavit in Support dated 23rd April, 2025. Considering the reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant is directed to carry out the amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within three weeks from the date of uploading this order. Addl. Registrar (O.S.) / Addl.
