1. The present Chamber Order is filed by the Petitioner for discharge of his Advocate Ms. Gauri S. Dalvi as Advocate for the Petitioner in aforesaid Testamentary Petition No. 887 of 2017 on the ground that Advocate on record has failed to comply with the necessary procedural requirements as a result of which the Petition is dismissed for non-compliance and non-prosecution pursuant to the conditional order passed by the Hon'ble Court.

2. It is stated in the Affidavit in support that the Petitioner intends to file Restoration Application by engaging another Advocate in Testamentary Petition No. 887 of 2017.

3. The Petitioner tenders Affidavit of service dated 06.06.2025 proving service of legal notice upon Advocate for the Petitioner. The said legal notice is served through Advocate Ms. Pooja Ravindra Chavan whereby the erstwhile Advocate was requested to issue No Objection Certificate, in the aforesaid matter. The Affidavit of service is taken on record.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocate, Ms. Gauri S. Dalvi is hereby discharged as Advocate for the Petitioner in Testamentary Petition No. 887 of 2017. Office to delete the name of Advocate Ms. Gauri S. Dalvi as Advocate for the Petitioner in Testamentary Petition No. 887 of 2017.
