1. By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petition was filed by the son of the deceased, who is the minor. He further submits that since the letters of administration cannot be granted in favour of a minor, the Applicant, who is the mother and natural guardian of the said minor intends to file the petition on behalf of the minor. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. Perused the Affidavit in Support dated 30th June, 2025. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit-in-support the Chamber Order is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from the date of uploading this Order. Addl. Registrar (O.S.) / Addl. Prothonotary and Senior Master 02.09.2025
