C. :

1. By the present Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks to delete the name of deceased No. 3, Gautam Vishwanath Rao and amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the deceased No. 3 is the son of the deceased Nos. 1 and 2 and brother of the Petitioner. He further submits that separate Petition is required to be filed as the deceased No. 3, Gautam Vishwanath Rao is having a separate movable and immovable properties. He, therefore, prays that the applicant be permitted to delete the name of deceased No. 3 and to amend the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. Perused Affidavit in support. For the reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in support, the Chamber Order is allowed.

Amendment and consequential amendments to be carried out within four weeks from the date of uploading of the order.
