By this preacipe dated 15th September 2025, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant seeks extension of time carried out the amendment as per Order dated 19th August, 2025. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner further submits that, the Applicant is a senior citizen and unable to take breath properly as her oxygen level is always very low and she is not able to move outside her house and doctor has advised to her to take rest. Ld. Advocate prays that, the time to carry out amendment be extended by two weeks and reverification of the Petition be dispensed with. 2.
