P. C. :

1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicant / Plaintiff applies for substituted service of Writ of Summons upon the Defendant Nos.3 to 7, as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Plaintiff submits that the Writ of Summons sent for Service upon the Defendant Nos. 3 to 7, through Bailiff of Sheriff of Bombay and the same could not be served as the Defendants were not available at the said addresses. She further submits that the Bailiff has submitted his Report dated 14th June, 2024 and the same is at Exhibit A to the Affidavit in Support. She prays that the Applicant / Plaintiff be permitted to serve Writ of Summons upon the Defendant Nos.3 to 7, as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order by way of substituted service by publishing in the newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English and "Navshakti" in Marathi.

3. Perused the Affidavit in Support dated 18th January, 2025. Considering the reasons mentioned in Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed and same is signed separately. The Applicant is directed to publish the Writ of Summons in the newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English and "Navshakti" in Marathi, within two weeks from the date of uploading this order and file Affidavit of Publication within a week thereafter. Addl.
