By this preacipe dated 16th September 2025 the Ld. Advocate for the Applicants seeks modification of Order dated 14th August 2025 to modify the name of newspaper from "Anandabazar Patrika" to "Aajkaal".

Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicants. Perused the affidavit dated 17th September 2025. The Applicants stated in the affidavit that by an Order dated 14th August 2025 directed the Applicants to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English and "Anandabazar Patrika" in Bengali. The Applicants has further stated that, the cost of the publication in the newspaper "Anandabazar Patrika" in Bengali is exorbitant and requested to permit to publish the citation in the newspaper viz. "Aajkaal" in Bengali Language. Ld. Advocate for the Applicants seeks extension of two weeks time to publish the citation. 3.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit dated 17th September 2025, the Order dated 14th August 2025 is modified to the extend at the citation be published in two newspapers viz. "Free

Press Journal" in English and "Aajkaal" in Bengali. Time to comply with the direction is extended by two weeks from the date of uploading this Order.
