Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Chamber Order has been served upon concerned parties viz. Respondent No. 1, 3 and proposed Respondents who are legal heirs of Respondent No. 5 Shirish M. Sanghvi, who expired on 30th January 2025. She further submits that, the reply has been served upon the Applicants on 2nd December 2025 by Respondent No. 1 and the Applicants intend to file rejoinder, if any. She, therefore, applies for four weeks time to file affidavit in rejoinder, if any. 2.

Applicants are directed to file affidavit in rejoinder on or before 5th January 2026 and serve a copy of the same upon the parties. Applicant to file affidavit of service before the next date. 3.
