This Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicants to bring the legal heirs of Shri Shirish M. Sanghvi, Respondent No. 5 in the above Appeal who is expired on 30th January 2025. The Chamber Order has been served upon the concerned parties and the affidavit of service is on record. The Respondent No. 1 has filed his affidavit in reply and raised various objection to this Chamber Order.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the objections raised by the Respondent No. 1 are irrelevant, Applicants are seeks to bring the legal heirs on record.

Perused the Affidavit in support and affidavit in reply and the Affidavit of rejoinder. Today, Respondent No. 1 is absent despite service. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within three weeks.

Applicants to carry out the amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.
