By this praecipe dated 2nd February 2026 the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant seeks two weeks extension of time to carry out the amendment as per Order dated 12th March, 2019 in Chamber Order No. 119 of 2019 and Order dated 9th January 2026 in Chamber Order No. 397 of 2025.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, at the time of carrying out the amendment as per the Order dated 9th January 2026 it has come to the knowledge of the Applicant that, the amendment to the title of three Notice of Motions taken out in Appeal remains to be carried out by the Appellant as per Order dated 12th March 2019 passed in Chamber Order No. 119 of 2019.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant further submits that by an Order dated 12th March 2019 the Applicant was permitted to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order No. 119 of 2019. She further submits that, the necessary amendments were carried out in the Appeal but inadvertently the amendment was not carried out in three Notice of Motion Nos. 1516 of 2016, 2499 of 2016 and 330 of 2018. She, therefore, prays that the Applicant be permitted to carry out the amendment in the above Notice of Motions as per the said

Order. She tenders affidavit of the Appellant No. 2 dated 2nd February 2026. The same is taken on record.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit dated 2nd February 2026, the Applicant is permitted to carry out the amendment in the aforesaid Notice of Motions as per Order dated 12th March 2019 within two weeks from the date of uploading this Order. 5.

In view of the above, time to carry out the amendment is extended by two weeks from today.

Applicant to carry out amendment as per the Order dated 12th March 2019 and 9th January 2026.
