Advocate for the Applicant submits that, Office requisitions were raised regarding valuation, Court fees payable on the plaint, etc. and therefore, the amendment as mentioned in the schedule is required to be carried out in the plaint. He, therefore, requests the Chamber Order be allowed and Applicant be permitted to amend the plaint. 3.
