Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiff applies for dispensation reverification of the plaint. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Plaintiff submits that, by an Order dated 19th September 2025 the Applicant / Plaintiff was permitted to amend the plaint as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. He further submits that, the Plaintiff is from the remote village of Tamil Nadu and he is unable to visit Mumbai due to his economic condition. He, therefore, prays that reverification of the plaint after amendment be dispensed with and the Order be modified.

In view of the above, the Order dated 19th September 2025 stands modified to the extend that reverification of the plaint is dispensed with.
