1. By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks amendment of the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner No. 2 is the grandson of the deceased and he is not a beneficiary under the Will of the deceased. He further submits that, the Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition by deleting the name of Petitioner No. 2 and other consequential amendment.

3. Perused the affidavit in support of the Chamber Order. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Amendment and consequential amendment to be carried out within three weeks from the date of uploading this Order.
