By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to serve the citation upon (1) Pratibha Mulki, daughter in law of the deceased; (2) Shivani Mulki, Granddaughter of the deceased; (3) Gaurav Mulki, Grandson of the Deceased; (4) Mrs. Naina Sharma, granddaughter of the deceased; (5) Mrs. Deeksha Tarun Parswani, Granddaughter of the deceased; and (6) Mr. Ratnakar Karkera, Son in law of the deceased, by way of substituted service as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the schedule. The Applicant applies for publication of citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Udaya Vani" in vernacular language i.e. Kannada, widely circulated in Mumbai.

Perused the affidavit in support. The Applicant is stated in the affidavit that, Omkeshav Sheena Mulki, Girishkumar Sheena Mulki and Gulabi R. Karkera are expired and since the death of the siblings of the deceased, the Petitioner is not in contact with the legal heirs of the siblings. It is further stated that, the Petitioner is

not aware of the address of the abovenamed Omkeshav Sheena Mulki, Girishkumar Sheena Mulki and Gulabi R. Karkera and also not aware of the whereabouts of the legal heirs. The Applicant, therefore, requested to permit her to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Udaya Vani" in vernacular language i.e. Kannada, widely circulated in Mumbai.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, Omkeshav Sheena Mulki, Girishkumar Sheena Mulki and Gulabi R. Karkera are expired and since the death of the siblings of the deceased, the Petitioner is not in contact with the legal heirs of the siblings. She further submits that, the Petitioner is not aware of the address of the abovenamed Omkeshav Sheena Mulki, Girishkumar Sheena Mulki and Gulabi R. Karkera and also not aware of the whereabouts of the legal heirs. She, therefore, submits that, the Applicant be permitted to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Udaya Vani" in vernacular language i.e. Kannada, widely circulated in Mumbai. He, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed. 5.

Perused para 4 of the Petition. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Udaya Vani" in vernacular language i.e. Kannada widely circulated in Mumbai, by way of substituted service of citation upon (1) Pratibha Mulki, daughter in law of the deceased; (2) Shivani Mulki, Granddaughter of the deceased; (3) Gaurav Mulki, Grandson of the Deceased; (4) Mrs. Naina Sharma, granddaughter of the deceased; (5) Mrs. Deeksha

Tarun Parswani, Granddaughter of the deceased; and (6) Mr. Ratnakar Karkera, Son in law of the deceased within four weeks from the date of uploading this Order. Applicant to file the affidavit of publication once the citation is published within two weeks thereafter.
