By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Petition. 2.

Perused the affidavit in support dated 2nd April 2025. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the deceased had appointed three executors of the Will viz. (1) Abhijeet Gajanan Mate (2) Varsha Sumant Ghisas and (3) Shashank Vishwanath Bapat. She further submits that, Varsha Sumant Ghisas and Shashank Vishwanath Bapat have renounced their rights as Executors of the Will of the Deceased and therefore, she prays that, the Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and also carried out consequential amendment.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out amendment and consequential amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within two weeks from today. 15.09.2025 Addl. Registrar (O.S.) / Addl. Prothonotary and Senior Master
