By this preacipe dated 25th September 2025 the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant seeks modification of Order dated 11th September 2025 in respect of the publication of citation in newspapers viz. "Navhind Times" in English Language and "Navprabha" in Marathi Language having circulation in the State of Goa. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, as per the Order dated 11th September 2025 the Applicant was directed to publish the citation in the newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Tarun Bharat" in Marathi Language. She further submits that, the "Free Press Journal" is not having any circulation in the State of Goa and if the citation is published in "Navhind Times" in English Language it will be on different dates. She, therefore, prays that, Applicant be permitted to publish the citation in newspapers viz. "Navhind Times" in English Language and "Navprabha" in Marathi Language having circulation in the State of Goa instead of "Free Press Journal" and "Tarun Bharat."

In view of the above, the Order dated 11th September 2025 stands modified to the extend that the Applicant to publish the citation in newspapers viz. "Navhind Times" in English Language and "Navprabha" in Marathi Language having circulation in the State of Goa within two weeks from today and file affidavit of publication within a week once the publication is done. 29.09.2025 Addl.
