1. The present Chamber Order is filed for discharge of Advocate Mr. Abhijeet Deshmukh who was appearing for Respondent No. 2, Airport Authority of India in Writ Petition No. 2879 of 2023.

It is stated in the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order that the aforesaid Advocate had neither appeared in the captioned Writ Petition nor communicated any inability to proceed with the aforesaid Writ Petition. It is further stated that despite communications and reminders, the said Advocate failed to respond to Respondent No. 2. Respondent No.2, therefore, appointed the present Advocate Ms. Shilpa Kapil and Advocate Mr.

Chidanand Kapil to act, appear and plead on its behalf in the aforesaid Writ Petition.

3. The Ld. Advocate who is presently appearing for Respondent No. 2 has filed Affidavit of service proving service of Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof upon Advocate, Mr. Abhijeet Deshmukh, who is on record for Respondent ...2/-

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) No. 2. The said Advocate is absent today despite service.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocate, Mr. Abhijeet Deshmukh is hereby discharged as Advocate for Respondent No. 2 in Writ Petition No. 2879 of 2023. Office to delete the name of Advocate Mr. Abhijeet Deshmukh as Advocate for Respondent No. 2 in Writ Petition No. 2879 of 2023.
