By the present Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to serve the citation upon ALL CONCERNED by way of substitute service.

The Applicant seeks permission to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Janmbhoomi" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati, Mumbai edition. Perused the affidavit dated 4th July 2025, the Applicants have stated that the parents of the deceased predeceased and deceased died as issueless. It is further stated that the husband of the deceased has no brothers and sisters and parents of the husband have predeceased the deceased. The Applicant has further stated that, there are no legal heirs of the deceased and they are whereabouts not known to the Applicant. The Applicant, therefore, prays that, they may be permitted to publish the citation to ALL CONCERNED by way of substitute service in two newspaper viz. "Free Press Journal" in

English Language and in "Janmbhoomi" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati, Mumbai edition.

Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the deceased died as issueless and her husband has predeceased the deceased. He further submits that the Applicants are not known whereabouts of the legal heirs of the deceased. He, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed.

Perused the para 9 of the averment made in the affidavit in support is confirmed in the Petition. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicants are directed to publish the citation by way of substitute service by publishing in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Janmbhoomi" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati, Mumbai edition within four weeks from today. Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.
