1. The present Chamber Order is filed by M/s. Dhruve Liladhar & Co. for discharge as Advocates for Respondents, I. B. Commercial Pvt. Ltd. in Commercial Arbitration Petition No. 192 of 2020. It is stated in the Affidavit in support that vide letter dated 08.07.2025, the Applicant's Advocate had informed the Respondent that the captioned matter was listed for hearing on 08.07.2025 and requested the Respondent to urgently provide instructions for hearing before 09.07.2025. Despite repeated requests and reminders, the Respondent has failed to make payments towards their professional fees due to which the Applicant constrained to take discharge in the matter. It is further stated that vide another letter dated 11.07.2025, the Applicant's Advocate issued a notice of discharge to the Respondent which is duly received by the said Respondent.
2. The Ld. Advocate for the Respondent states that they have filed Affidavit of service proving service of Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof to the Respondent. Today, none present for the Respondent.

3. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed.
M/s. Dhruve Liladhar & Co., Advocates are hereby discharged as Advocates for Respondents in Commercial Arbitration Petition No. 192 of 2020. Office to delete the name of Advocates M/s. Dhruve Liladhar & Co. as Advocates for Respondents in Commercial Arbitration Petition No. 192 of 2020.
