By the present Chamber Order the Plaintiffs seeks leave to serve the writ of summons upon (1) Ritu Pratap Mehra, Defendant No. 1.1, (2) Vardaraj M. Shettyy, Defendant No. 3 and

(3) Juhu Ramesh Mahal Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Defendant No. 7. Perused the affidavit in support. It is stated in the affidavit in support that, the writ of summons were transmitted by Registered Post to the abovenamed Defendant Nos. 1.1, 3 and 7 through the Sheriff of Bombay and the same were returned with remarks "unclaimed", "insufficient address" and "left" respectively. The Bailiff of Sheriff of Bombay filed affidavit of service dated 30th July, 2025.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs submit that, the writ of summons could not be served upon the abovenamed Defendants, he therefore, prays that, the Plaintiffs be permitted for the substituted service of writ of summons as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Plaintiffs to serve the writ of summons within two weeks from today and file the affidavit of service.
