By this preacipe dated 31st October 2025 Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Plaintiffs seeks extension of grant to serve the writ of summons upon the Defendants as per Order dated 29th September 2025. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, fresh writ of summons be issued as the previous writ of summons is annexed with the affidavit of service dated 30th July, 2025 filed by the Bailiff of Sheriff of Bombay. He, therefore, applies for extension of four weeks to comply with the direction.

Time to serve the writ of summons as per Order dated 29th September 2025 is extended by a period of four weeks from today.
